Saha Metal San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. started its business activities by producing Zinc ingots at its first plant which is located at Ankara 1.Industrial region.At this plant, Zinc ashes are being converted to Zinc ingots under strictly quality control conditions. 

We operate Zn ashes at our mills and mechanically seperate it into two forms.The ashes containing metallic Zinc(1) is being used as the raw material for our Zinc remelting process and the other part which is called as “Zinc fine ash”(2) is being sold to feed grade Zinc oxide producers and/or to Zinc sulphate producers. 

As the largest consumer of Zinc ashes, we purchase approximately 80% of the total quantity of Zinc ashes of Turkish galvanizing sector. Due to our huge Zinc ashes consumption, we stand as one of the best partner of the galvanizers. We are also importing huge quantities of Zinc ashes worldwide and we have all the licenses allowing us to import them without any problems. We are continuesly searching for importing more quantities of Zinc metallic ashes and zinc fine ashes as we have a big production capacity.

After becoming as the leader manufacturer of Zn ingots,Saha Metal San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. has set up its second plant at Ankara 1.Industrial region, very near to its first plant, for manufacturing Zinc oxide and Brass ingots. Here, we manufacture Zinc Oxide in various grades by American Process and by French Process. The Zinc oxide grades are varied by the raw material selection. This method of manufacturing Zinc Oxide permits close control of physical and chemical properties thus meets the specific requirements of all end users. 

The large scale of our Zinc Oxide  products are being exported, mostly to Europe regions, to rubber, ceramic, paint, fertilizer industries. These industries are our esteemed customers. 

Brass ingots are being supplied mostly locally, to the companies that manufacture many kinds of brass materials.
